The Impact you'll make

Administrative Support

• Manage emails and correspondence


• Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management


• Process and organize medical records and documents

Data Management

• Enter and maintain patient data in electronic health records (EHR) systems


• Assist with basic data analysis and reporting


• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of medical information

Communication

• Liaise between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff


• Respond to inquiries and provide information as authorized


• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations

Task Management

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects


• Track and follow up on outstanding items


• Assist in implementing and maintaining organizational systems

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role


• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience


• Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)


• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
