The Role

We’re looking for a highly reliable, detail-obsessed Paid Social Media Buyer to manage and scale our Meta ad account. This is a contractor role focused on high-output execution: building ads, launching campaigns, optimising budgets, and keeping our performance engine running with pace and precision.

You’ll step into a core revenue-driving function for Healf—supporting our Growth team to bring in a significant volume of new customers through world-class Meta execution. This role is best suited to someone who loves consistency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can maintain an exceptionally high bar of accuracy day after day.

Where You’ll Make An Impact

• Build and launch new Meta ads with flawless attention to detail
• Create and iterate on campaign structures to drive scalable growth
• Optimise ads, audiences, and budgets daily
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all ad launches in Google Sheets
• Rapidly get up to speed with our current account setup and transition from our existing media buyer
• Become fully self-sufficient in managing the account within the first month
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of Meta Ads experience
• Total mastery of the Meta Ads platform—comfortable managing large budgets and complex structures
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• A reputation for being ultra-reliable, fast, and consistent
• Responsiveness over Slack and comfort working in a fast, intense environment
• Strong ownership, accountability, and the grit to deliver high-quality repetitive work without slipping
• Ability to work independently with tight feedback loops and minimal oversight
• High attention to detail—zero tolerance for sloppy execution
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience scaling Meta spend for ecommerce brands
• Previous experience with wellness, nutrition, supplements, or consumer brands
• Comfort working across multiple geographies and time zones
