Compensation range: AU$2,500 - AU$3,000/month

About The Role

Our client is seeking a tech-savvy Media Buyer to manage and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns from end to end. This is a non-client-facing role, focused on execution, analysis, and reporting across 5–10 active projects, depending on scope.

You'll collaborate with internal account managers, delivering insights and improvements that drive performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from end to end.
  • Conduct keyword research, write effective ad copy, and manage budget pacing.
  • Monitor performance and provide clear, actionable reports.
  • Troubleshoot conversion tracking issues and ensure accurate data flow.
  • Analyze A/B testing results, adjust strategies, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to request additional assets when needed.
  • Use a project management tool and internal workflows to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Communicate project status and campaign insights clearly with internal teams.
  • Provide strategic input to support and ease the workload of client-facing team members.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media campaign management.
  • Proven proficiency in both Google and Meta ad platforms.
  • Experience working in marketing agencies is preferred.
  • Strong SEO knowledge related to paid campaigns and budget strategy.
  • Familiarity with small-budget campaigns and how to maximize ROI.
  • Technical know-how in conversion tracking, data analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and interpret keyword data.
  • Solid communication skills and a proactive, organized working style.
  • Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and collaborate within a distributed team.
