Mechatronics Engineer

Lead HOD perormance KPI achievement on manufucturing area together with quality mechatronics engineer be the reference on mater of HOD ensure the implementation of HOD manufacturing process Define and update process document related to HOD : P1,P2,PFMEA and CP for HOD MAT application and HOD SW testing on the dedicated stations . ensure a frequencial audit to guarantie standard application for defined HOD process acc.ALV STD ( MPS/CPS...) lead diagnosis and troubleshooting for HOD dedfect , implement corrective actions , ensure Yokoten and standardization for defined best proctices. coordinate with WEU mechatronic team in order : share best practices , solve HOD product / process issue , develop new technologie for testing method and MAT application method . enure HOD stations improvement or development : define MES station together with specialist team , ensure RFQ and budget calculation , CAPEX preparation , follow activities until HOD process implementation Lead , organise and particiapate on WS to improve HOD SW function and avoid manufacturing issues share with internal Team weekly reslats and best practices train operators and team leaders on defined process pilote PFMEA review in regard of customer return and changes on defined perimeter link manufacturing facility , WEU mechtronic team , LPEA team , supplier and customer for alignment and same understanding of failure / parmaters ensure a periodic statistical studies to monitor HOD process . support maintenance team to improve LCR meters and HOD testing station reliabilty and availibilty . give feedback and proposal to improve stations together with specialist teams . guarantie KPI measurement , displaying , sharing and define road maps for HOD together with R&D.
