Job Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, particularly AutoCAD, and MS Office applications.
- Proven experience in supervising and monitoring construction works.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Supervises and monitors mechanical installations and related construction activities.
- Reviews mechanical designs and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepares material quantity surveys and estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
- Monitors and evaluates Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) for quality and quantity compliance.
