The primary role is provide meaningful insights and recommendations that would drive the decision-making of Closed-End Loans Team. This role covers preparation and development of reports or ad-hoc analysis necessary to drive data-driven decisions in the business.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor the business performance against budget and target.
- Publish reports and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance against goals and targets and drive initiatives that involve developing forecasting models of KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that provide recommendations for improving business processes and performance.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement initiatives and monitor their impact on business results.
- Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management, highlighting key findings
- Responsible for preparing findings, trends, and insights to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Open to fresh grads or those with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Must have experience in working and adapting to changing priorities and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Project & stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and performance improvement initiatives.
