Role Overview

• Accountable for anything preform planning related, from PET forecast conversion, plan creation, IM capacity planning, Order placement, inventory management and delivery tracking.
• Manages vendor performance and monitors preform execution, ensuring the correct preform is available in the right location at the right time under acceptable conditions, often thru close collaboration with different parties inside and outside of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) for preforms. Routinely coming up with a workable plan to support PET production with available resource and following agreed upon parameters/assumptions.
• Monitors Injection Machines’ performance, thru close collaboration with the vendors Alpla/Indorama, ensuring weekly preform production compliance to support FGs production as well as maintaining safety stocks. Includes other activities like PR/PO creation and transfer requests.
• Supports any other (ad-hoc) activities involving preform including but not limited to addressing quality related issues, managing inventory depletion and write-off, ensuring NPL supportability, Line qualifications and potential importations.

Qualifications

• University / Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 3-5 years supply chain planning and inventory management.
• Familiar with general supply chain logic and terminologies, has experience in inventory management and Order placement/tracking is an advantage
