Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Fleet Inventory Records

• Inventory management and safeguarding of car plan registrations and related documents (DOAS, TOO's)
• Conducts audit of Fleet transaction (Lease and Fuel use)
  
  
  

Non-Traded Warehouses

• Creates SAP reservation postings to prevent unauthorized issuance of 3PL warehouse
• Reviews and approves SAP posting correction requests and processes entry reversals in SAP
• Conducts audit of SAP posting of 3PL Globe WH
• Conduct cycle and related audit activities of Supplier's warehouse
