Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Fleet Inventory Records
- Inventory management and safeguarding of car plan registrations and related documents (DOAS, TOO's)
- Conducts audit of Fleet transaction (Lease and Fuel use)
- Creates SAP reservation postings to prevent unauthorized issuance of 3PL warehouse
- Reviews and approves SAP posting correction requests and processes entry reversals in SAP
- Conducts audit of SAP posting of 3PL Globe WH
- Conduct cycle and related audit activities of Supplier's warehouse
