Material Control Officer

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business /Office Management, or any related field
• With at least 2 years experience in warehousing/inventory
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Peach Tree
• Team player with effective communication skills
• Can start asap
• Willing to be assigned at Upper Palalan, Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City

Authorities and Responsibilities:

a. Operations:

• Manage information relevant to arrival of materials and their availability at the warehouse;
• Manage the receiving, check, storage and preservation of materials delivered at the warehouse together with the Warehouse In-charge;
• Responsible in daily updating of Peach Tree (system application) on materials inventory;
• Responsible for purchase request and follow up of materials and other supplies to the Purchasing Officer;

b. People Management:

• Supervises the Warehouse In-charge especially the Warehouse Assistants in the monitoring of materials quality and quantity stored in the Warehouse
• Supervises the Assistant Material Controller in the releasing of materials to all Job Orders received

c. Reports:

• Submit Monthly materials inventory to the Accounting Department
• Summary of daily materials withdrawal.

d. Others:

• Perform other tasks assigned by the management or as the need arises.
