  • Ensure budget monitoring of regions materials deployment/installation, labor, fuel, team building and entertainment expenses, and others.
  • Monitoring of office utility expenses, rentals and other billings.
  • Completes HR and Admin task in timely manner.
  • Performs related tasks may be assigned by the Sales Head and management.
  • Maintains database, records, and other related documentation
  • Oversees and organizes the daily activities of the Region.
  • Conduct new-employee orientation and timekeeping.
  • Processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process
  • Monitors and handles region’s petty cash fund
