- Ensure budget monitoring of regions materials deployment/installation, labor, fuel, team building and entertainment expenses, and others.
- Monitoring of office utility expenses, rentals and other billings.
- Completes HR and Admin task in timely manner.
- Performs related tasks may be assigned by the Sales Head and management.
- Maintains database, records, and other related documentation
- Oversees and organizes the daily activities of the Region.
- Conduct new-employee orientation and timekeeping.
- Processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process
- Monitors and handles region’s petty cash fund
