- Control Inventory of raw material finished good accuracy.
- Control documents into System. Monthly and policy warehouse inventory report
- Control Received material both of import & Local parts.
- Solve problem inventory missing and control document into the system.
- Supervise and mentor the Cycle count team.
- Identify errors in accuracy of on hand inventory and finished goods.
- Identify cause of errors in accuracy
- Make inventory accuracy as needed.
- Assist in educating persons on ways to correct and prevent inventory accuracy errors.
- Update all reports needed to track inventory accuracy and adjustments.
- Get approval and inform to Finance Department of all inventory adjustments.
- Complete stock status adjustments as request
- Help escalate and resolve potential shortages.
- Oversee shipping and trucking.
- Oversee Receiving
- Control received material both of import & Local parts.
- Control cycle counted process and analysis before adjustment in the system.
- Control received nonstock items for all section to order.
- Inventory monthly report
- Solve problem inventory missing.
- Control documents and transaction into the system.
- Improve book in/out system to ensure the transaction correct 100%
- Control physical count inventory process
