Job Description

• Optimize Weekly Probe Plan based on 3weeks SCP plan.
• Ensure meeting QTR goal in volume and SCP Hit rate.
• Review/Analyze backlog and expedite in support to QTR revenue.
• Work with production and other support group to improve all manufacturing indicators.
• Monitors and cleans up partial lots, RMA, Retest, and Ageing lots. Manage work in process.
• Creating reports in Tableau is an advantage.
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

• - Good command in English. Requires writing, reading, listening, and speaking competencies.
• Capable to communicate both internal / external.
• At least 2yrs experience on production planning and control.
• Teamwork attitude and leadership personality.
• Computer knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
