Job Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accurate and timely creation and update of customer and vendor master data.
• You conduct validation and verification calls to suppliers to confirm the bank information received.
• You create and prepare up-to-date documentation (procedures, manuals, templates, system settings) related to the key activities of master data management.
• You prepare master data extraction required by different business stakeholders.
• You provide initial analysis and investigation on master data issues and recommend solutions.
• You participate in master data uploading and cleansing activities.
• You contribute to master data projects, including testing, training, etc.
• You contribute to idea generation regarding process improvements.
• You initiate and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
  
  

Job Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or any equivalent course.
• You are knowledgeable in data management and SAP modules.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a business data role.
• You have a detailed understanding of the company's business areas, their functions, and their objectives, and can relate that to associated data structures.
• You possess strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
• You are able to manage and adapt to dynamic changes in priorities, resources, and deadlines.
• You can work both strategically and tactically.
• You have proven process management and execution skills regarding data governance, processes, workflows, data entry, and systems.
• You are a proven process executor and idea generator for improvements.
• You are able to detect inaccuracies and lead to problem resolution.
• You have query and reporting experience.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office platforms (Expert in Excel, Visio, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint).
• You are amenable to working in a Mid Shift and Hybrid setup.
