About the Role – Mass Hiring Recruiter
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to help us tackle aged and hard-to-fill hiring requests, especially in our high-volume recruitment funnel. This role is critical to our growth and operational success and will work closely with the Mass Hiring Product Manager, Territory Sales Heads (TSHs), and Regional Sales Heads (RSHs) to drive outcomes on stalled requisitions and improve time-to-hire across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and close aged recruitment requests, particularly for Sales Ambassador roles.
- Investigate and identify reasons for stalled requisitions; design and implement solutions to move them forward.
- Reduce average time-to-fill, especially for roles that have aged beyond standard SLA.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to align recruitment actions with hiring priorities.
- Execute hands-on sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, local outreach, and hiring campaigns.
- Share successful practices and mentor other recruiters to replicate effective strategies across the team.
- Support recruitment for additional high-priority or mass hiring roles (e.g., ALDI) as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on high-volume or operational roles.
- Strong background in rescuing aged or hard-to-fill requisitions.
- Familiarity with metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversions, and requisition aging.
Skills & Mindset:
- High ownership and accountability: able to take initiative and independently resolve bottlenecks.
- Excellent problem-solving: proactively develops solutions and alternative approaches to sourcing.
- Strong collaboration: works effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication: can manage expectations and align priorities.
Process & Tools:
- Comfortable with structured recruitment frameworks, but agile when needed.
- Proficient in Excel, recruitment CRMs, and data analysis.
- Able to build or refine processes to address recurring issues in hiring pipelines.

- Resilient under pressure with a bias toward action and measurable results.
- Energetic, focused, and thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
