Job Description
As a Marketing Technology Manager at Globe Telecom, you will be responsible for strategizing and building Marketing Technology roadmap and overseeing the delivery of marketing technology solutions within the marketing department. This role involves identifying gaps in existing processes, selecting and implementing appropriate tools, and ensuring their seamless integration into day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will be tasked with measuring the performance of marketing technologies to maximize return on investment.

Job Description
As a Marketing Technology Manager at Globe Telecom, you will be responsible for strategizing and building Marketing Technology roadmap and overseeing the delivery of marketing technology solutions within the marketing department. This role involves identifying gaps in existing processes, selecting and implementing appropriate tools, and ensuring their seamless integration into day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will be tasked with measuring the performance of marketing technologies to maximize return on investment.
Job Description:
Marketing Technology Management and Operations:
- Evaluates new marketing technologies: anchors on business and customer objectives, drives the assessment, justification and end-to-end enablement of marketing technology solutions to improve internal processes, business outcomes and customer experience.
- Manages Martech provider/vendor relationships
- Oversees and/or manages the technical execution of solutions including reviews and testing for implementation.
- Include forward looking view : Industry trends, new technologies
- Cross-functional collaboration with IT, Product teams and Enterprise Data team to align marketing technology initiatives to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
- Integrates MarTech tools into day-to-day operations
- Training and Enablement for MarTech Tools (Learning & Process): Identifies teams and processes that will be impacted by the tools to be introduced, and design enhanced operational processes that will maximize the utilization of the tool and enable objectives defined. Work with partners to provide learning resources and develop training programs to allow teams to effectively utilize the tools to be introduced. This may involve conducting process workshops and creating necessary documentation, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure that team members are proficient in using marketing technologies in day to day operations.
- MarTech Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and track progress towards goals and commitments made in the tool’s business case. Prepares regular reports and presentations to communicate results, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
