Marketing Specialist - Cebu

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related course.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• In-depth understanding of property development, real estate market trends, marketing, advertising, and public relations concepts and principles.

Job Description:

1. Brand Development:

• Develop and implement branding strategies, plans, and programs for assigned brands in line with the organization’s short-term and long-term business goals.
• Ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.

2. Marketing Management:

• Create and execute marketing plans and programs to drive brand awareness, exposure, and promotion.
• Develop marketing collateral, organize exhibits, and participate in key marketing events to support sales growth and enhance brand visibility.

3. Sales Support:

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
• Build partnerships with local and international brokers, create effective advertising campaigns, and coordinate PR events and conferences to increase market exposure and awareness.
