- Coordinates with all concerned parties to ensure the successful execution of individual programs/projects. These parties may include creative/ad agencies, Toyota dealerships, Toyota Motors Phil (TMP) Marketing Services team, and 3rd party suppliers.
- Develops and strategizes concept proposals, brand positioning, and marketing programs.
- Presents programs/projects as complete packages for management approval.
- Coordinates concept execution after approval.
- Executes and monitors the performance of approved concepts/programs.
- Proposes enhancements to programs based on performance.
- Manages and maximizes budgets while achieving campaign KPIs.
- Prepares reports, incentive programs, distribution, and sales promotion programs.
- Manages relationships with Toyota dealers and TMP.
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, and other related courses
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing or General Marketing
- Good project management skills with minimal supervision. The use of project management tools is nice to have but not required.
- Advantage but not required:
- Experience working in a creative or media agency.
- Experience in Digital Ads implementation and knowledge of the Ad Ecosystem.
- Knowledge of basic programming skills.
- Willing to work onsite (Makati Head Office).
