Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote retail products and enhance brand presence. To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive food traffic, increase sales and foster customer loyalty within our retail stores and support overall operations.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
FINANCIALS
- Attaining key financials Target (Mimosa Retail strip)
- Hit operational benchmarks to support financial metrics for Mimosa Strip
- Closed-out pending punch lists and increase leasable GLA
- Encourage repeat visits by providing exceptional customer service.
- To be malls of choice for business owners.
- To become top of mind among top 5 developers.
- Completion of rehab program of Mimosa Retail Strip.
- High Operational Efficiency.
- Improve cost recovery of FMM & MRS.
- Close coordinate with BD & SPI
- Coordinate with the suppliers/vendors for the incoming /upcoming marketing projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum of two (2) years Marketing related, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Willing to be assigned in Pampanga
