What are we looking for?

We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Development Associate to join our growing team! This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales. You'll support marketing campaigns to generate interest, while also engaging with inbound and outbound leads to qualify opportunities for our sales team.

What are you expected to do?

Sales Development

  • Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects based on criteria and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and messaging

Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing flows, and social outreach
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on content promotion and campaign performance
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support positioning
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and lead funnel performance

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in a marketing, sales development, or lead generation role
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are comfortable reaching out to leads and holding introductory conversations
  • You have familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic marketing automation tools
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry
  • You have a familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Google Analytics, or SEM tools
  • You have an understanding of inbound marketing and lead scoring
  • You are proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.

What happens after you submit your application?

The Whole Process Takes Around 4 Weeks

  • There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
  • We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
  • If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
