What You´ll Do

  • Perform project document clean-up and upload GO documents
  • Develop organizational skills and file management through folder structure and naming conventions
  • Create and maintain projects in HINT system, focusing on data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Gain familiarity with HINT System Overview and Navigation for project setup and categorization
  • Manage SEAL ID creation and maintenance tasks, including routing of artworks for approval
  • Enhance data entry accuracy and attention to detail in SEAL System Overview and Navigation
  • Handle adhoc reports, analyze data, and present findings to improve data analysis and problem-solving skills

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management
  • Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required
  • Must be able to organize, attention to detail, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
  • Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the
  • college or university
  • Amenable to work on a dayshift scheduled (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
