MARKETING OPERATIONS (PROJECT HIRE)

Role Overview

• Maintains tracking reports
• Coordinates with QA, packaging suppliers, logistics, and other stakeholders for approvals and material readiness
• Manages documentation and supports day-to-day operational tasks for promo initiatives
• Oversees end-to-end promo pack creation, from planning to sourcing and delivery
• Leads prototyping efforts and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborates with internal teams on packaging design and artwork development
• Establishes and documents repacking procedures for new promo packs
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or any relevant course)
• Basic project management skills and experience working with teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (database management, trackers, reports)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong coordination and communication skills; able to work with internal and external partners
• Proactive and able to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience in documentation, packaging, or product development support is a plus
