- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Produce engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, website copy, and presentations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and activations to generate brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Must be a graduate of Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- At least 5 years of proven marketing or communications experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong written and verbal abilities, with expertise in tailoring messages for different audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, website management, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making
- Creativity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to multitask effectively.
