Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website and social media platforms
  • Create compelling content for promotional materials, website, blog, and social media.
  • Work with designers and photographers to produce high-quality visuals that reflect the hotel’s brand.
  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns, including budgeting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies and media outlets to promote the hotel.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media relations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Organize and oversee events and promotional activities to enhance the hotel’s image.
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs to increase repeat business.
  • Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and effectiveness.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable and open to new ideas and trends in marketing.
