The role is responsible for overall Marketing Strategy and Brand Equity / Building to sustain and grow Lifestyle products in the market matching the right marketing approach per product to the right customer profile and channel. The role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams for maximum productivity in achieving customer and business results.
The Lifestyle Marketing Manager will also be collaborating in designing customer engagement campaigns and programs, developing the mechanics and success metrics, shaping the desired customer experiences and follows through to effective execution and thorough campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and pursue improvements.

Duties And Responsibilities
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:
- Brand Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets to enhance presence / awareness and equity.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer trends, preferences and the competitor landscape.
- Develop and deliver direct-to-customer communications - Set the branding guidelines and tone to be used in crafting relevant and compelling messages for maximum customer engagement
- Design and manage roll out of integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Content Development and Management: Lead the creation of engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand voice and values.
- Brand Guardianship by ensuring all branding activities maintain the integrity of the brand and adhere to the Globe Lifestyle Marketing Strategy. Includes training internal and external teams on brand messaging and guidelines for total brand coherence. Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Team Management:
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the marketing team and across other departments. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional partners and enablers - Foster team collaboration and facilitate effective communication in aligning and engaging all relevant stakeholders (analytics, operations, creatives, technical and customer experience teams) around the campaign/program launch plans and shared objectives.
- Work closely with Sales Ops, Creatives, Supply Chain, Marcomm and other departments to ensure brand messaging and visuals consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Lead the marketing team in creating innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Collaborate in designing customer engagement campaigns and programs aligned to customer and business objectives - Create project plans with the detailed mechanics, desired customer experience and success metrics
- Plan and oversee roll out, execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, retail and new channels ) to promote brand initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, KPIs, ROI, making data-driven decisions and recalibrations to optimize results and achieve marketing KPIs - evaluate effectiveness and pursue improvements.
- Drive the analysis to surface opportunities for continuous improvement and to manifest ideas into viable new campaigns/programs or iterations of existing campaigns/programs
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies leveraging on analytics including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage the social media strategy and online presence of the brand.
- Utilize marketing tools to track performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI achieve business objectives and ensuring efficient allocation and use of resources.
- Collaboration and Teamwork Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, Creative, etc.). Skills in building relationships with external partners and agencies.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools. Understanding of e-commerce and online branding strategies.
- Adaptability Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends. Willingness to learn and grow within the evolving marketing landscape
- Strategic Thinking Ability to develop long-term brand strategies aligned with company goals. Understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Creative Problem Solving Capability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives. Ability to approach brand challenges creatively.
- Analytical Skills Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and market dynamics. Use of insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey brand messages clearly and effectively. Ability to present ideas and strategies convincingly to stakeholders.
- Project Management Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. Competence in meeting deadlines and managing budgets.
