Marketing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a 4- year course preferably in Marketing, Advertising, and Multimedia.
• With 10+ years of related work experience in Retail Marketing/ Services Marketing.
• Strong researching skills and ability to interpret data and communicate it effectively in different marketing channels.
• Familiarization with data-driven marketing.
• Demonstratable experience in marketing together with potential and required to learn.
• A sense of aesthetics and love for great copy and impactful communication.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in retail marketing and measurements
• Excellent communication, problem – solving and collaboration skills.
• Data Analysis capability
• Experience in OOH advertising

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness
• Conducts market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets
• Meets with key departments to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas
• Analyzes data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic and sales
• Develops and implements marketing strategies to promote products or services in retail stores
• Build Strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budget on an annual and on a per project basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Oversee and approve marketing materials (traditional and digital marketing collaterals)
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly.
