What you'll do
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto/Web3 spaces
- Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, and video content, that educates and informs our audience
- Build and manage our online community across various platforms (Discord, X, Telegram, etc.) to foster relationships and encourage user participation
- To plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.) that align with company goals and target audiences
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly
- Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product positioning
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, organizations, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and credibility
- Other related duties and responsibilities may be required from time to time.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech, crypto, or Web3 industries
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for community building
- Strong leadership, project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
