- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree.
- Candidates should have over three years of experience in software quality engineering, as well as expertise in software application and test automation.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with (ALM) principles and software development methodologies.
- Experience with load and performance testing tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in testing automation tools and frameworks is also preferred, particularly with Selenium.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in employee benefits, insurance, healthcare, or wealth management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically the Scrum framework and Kanban, is also a plus
