The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth, visibility, and conversion for Shopee Supermarket’s retail assortment across onsite and offsite channels.

Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth, visibility, and conversion for Shopee Supermarket’s retail assortment across onsite and offsite channels.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Strategize allocation of marketing investments to maximize ROI and meet business growth targets
- Plan and lead always-on and campaign-based marketing initiatives
- Identify and activate new traffic sources and partnership opportunities to expand reach
- Ensure strong visibility for priority SKUs across onsite assets (homepage, search, vouchers, banners, etc.) and offsite channels (Meta, affiliates, KOLs, etc.)
- Analyze campaign results to continuously optimize strategy and investment decision
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations for seamless execution of campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Advertising, or other related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, advertising, brand management.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving growth and impact.
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels (eg. paid search, social ads, affiliates) and CRM strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (eg. Excel, SQL, or similar platforms) is a plus.
