Job Description
- Generate data for deep understanding of business/operations performance
- Segment and deep dive into pain points of seller/listing types and identify drivers of operational issues from big sets of data
- Exhibit advanced data analytics to devise effective detection strategies to identify problematic listings and violations to mitigate risk and ensure good user experience
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns/behavior of sellers and listings
- Develop dashboards and automated reports to keep track of operation efficiency, strategy effectiveness and agent performance
- Work with cross functional teams to project manage the rollout and adoption of initiatives with reporting and tracking of impact
- Bachelor's degree in in STEM with a strong critical thinking
- Knowledge in SQL and/or Python are highly desirable
- Data driven and utilizes data to drive informed decision-making
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and clear presentation to management
- Experience collaborating and working with multiple stakeholders from across teams and levels
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to drive business goals and make an impact
- Interest in designing operational processes and systems
- Basic understanding of Data Science modeling is preferred but not essential
