Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, setting goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Brand & Content Management

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Manage PR, media outreach, and partnerships to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
• Develop a strong value proposition and brand storytelling to differentiate from competitors.
  
  

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Manage SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM strategies to nurture leads.
• Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize ad spend, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Lead marketing analytics and reporting, tracking KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
  
  

Partnerships & Community Engagement

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand the brand’s reach.
• Oversee event marketing, sponsorships, and industry trade shows.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media contacts.
• Budgeting & Performance Management
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.
• Implement A/B testing, analytics, and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
