Customer Experience

Intern's responsibilities will include:

  • Research customer experience best practices in the energy and utility sector;
  • Develop a CX framework based on findings (journey stages, touchpoints, and KPIs);
  • Draft survey questions aligned with recognized CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES).

Leads Generation

  • Conduct market research on key industries (ex. manufacturing, commercial, hospitals) to identify energy consumption trends and target companies;
  • Create a research-based lead segmentation (ex. sector, region, and energy intensity).

Leads Qualification

  • Study and develop a qualification matrix (BANT, CHAMP, or customized);
  • Research Competitors’ lead acquisition strategies and benchmarks;
  • Prepare a qualification criteria document and apply it to prospect lists.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Open to Management Engineering, Business Administration, or other Business-related courses
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficient in research and data analytics;
  • Interest in the power industry is a plus.
