Support the development, and delivery of internal communications and campaigns to bring to life the business strategy, purpose and values to our APAC colleagues.

Responsible for creating compelling internal communications content along with project managing plans and campaigns, channel management, own implementation of tasks, deliverables and outcomes.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Collaborating and building relationships with key stakeholders in APAC to understand internal comms requirements across various scales of change programs.
• Providing advice on how to implement changes effectively using internal comms best practices.
• Managing the use of internal channels for campaigns – ensuring the optimum blend and use of face to face, written and digital channels to support business and people needs.
• Continuous measurement of engagement and success of campaigns, regularly reviewing and refining approach as part of a return on investment (ROI) culture.
• Providing input into the overall change strategies working with other teams (e.g. global internal comms team, leadership, HR, learning) to enable adoption of new changes by colleagues.
• Proactive representation of APAC in the global internal communications strategy development and campaign implementations, providing feedback to global internal comms where needed, and seeking improvements for more effective and inclusive processes.
• Ensuring local strategies and projects are aligned with the internal comms calendar and external communication strategies.
• Leading the embedment of Mace’s global internal digital channels in APAC, such as Conexus, Viva Engage, etc.
• Creating simple and purposeful messages which inform, inspire and drive action, as aligned with APAC SLT’s priorities and the global Marcomms priorities.
• Working collaboratively with APAC’s CoE leads in improving engagement and promoting knowledge sharing in the hub.
• Organizing events (virtual, in-person, or hybrid) that support the APAC SLT’s and HR’s people-focused priorities.
• Supporting APAC’s Marcomms lead in developing, implementing, and evaluating campaigns, especially for internal stakeholders.
  
  

You’ll Also Have

• Degree standard of education (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of the construction and consultancy industry.
• Critical thinking, and ability to use appropriate method, language, medium and style of communication for the situation, scale of change and people involved.
• Collaboration, facilitating and encouraging others to solve problems.
• Ability to interpret complex information into easy-to-understand messaging.
• Brand ambassador mindset.
• Ability to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) on key campaigns/projects.
• Ability to promote knowledge sharing within and beyond own team.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear and meaningful objectives.
• Confidence in communicating at all levels.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team, colleagues and consultants/suppliers and stakeholders in a professional, consistent manner.
• Experience of Microsoft 365 applications like SharePoint and Viva Engage (not critical to the role)
• Interest in learning about AI and the applications in the working environment.
