Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
• Engage with our community, respond to comments/messages, and foster customer relationships.
  
  

Influencer Marketing & KOL Management

• Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the health and wellness space.
• Manage influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and ROI tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and brand advocates.
  
  

Social Media Advertising

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms.
• Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve conversion rates and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives and messaging to maximize engagement and sales.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and drive our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about health and wellness, experienced in social media marketing, influencer partnerships (KOLs), and paid social advertising. You will play a key role in developing and executing campaigns that engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or paid social media.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms, trends, and best practices. (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada etc)
• Experience working with influencers and managing brand partnerships.
• Understanding of paid social advertising and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, or influencer marketing platforms is a plus.
