THE ROLE

Marketing assistants support the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies. Their responsibilities may include analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
• Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
• Knowledge in MS OFFICE, CANVA & PHOTOSHOP.
• Experience with AI driven marketing tools
• SEO and SEA experience
• Experience with Elementor
• Experience with Loveable (AI driven website building tool) would be an advantage
• Develop and execute AI-driven marketing campaigns tailored to customer segments.
• Use AI tools to analyze customer behavior, predict trends, and personalize messaging.
• Create SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with business goals.
• Generate prompts and manage outputs from AI content platforms like Lovable.ai.
• Monitor campaign performance and iterate based on AI-generated insights.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and strategic objectives.
• Stay current with AI marketing trends and emerging technologies.
• Train team members on AI tools and content automation workflows.

REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in marketing
• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., Lovable.ai, Jasper, ChatGPT).
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable content strategies.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a hybrid work arrangement requiring an onsite presence three days per week. Candidates should be flexible and open to working night shifts, as needed.
