A bit more about this role:

The Marketing Assistant will provide ongoing support to the Head of Marketing and Marketing Operations Manager to ensure streamlined workflows and efficient execution of projects. This role is key in maintaining data accuracy, optimizing processes, and enabling the marketing team to move quickly and effectively.

From updating key dashboards and maintaining website efficiency to organizing tickets, reporting expenses, and preparing retargeting lists, this role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to learn within a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Availability to work a full USA-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST
  • At least 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant or in data management
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • High-speed, reliable Wi-Fi connection
  • Must not have had any disciplinary actions related to attendance, conduct, and/or performance in the past 90 days and must not be approaching such action

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle data entry tasks and maintain accuracy across marketing files and records
  • Assist with uploading and updating website promotions
  • Help maintain dashboards, reports, and other marketing tracking tools
  • Support with organizing documentation, folders, and standard operating procedure tickets
  • Coordinate schedules and assist in setting up team activities or meetings
  • Provide general administrative and marketing support, such as formatting presentations or preparing lists
  • Contribute to workflow organization and process improvements as needed

Desired skills & experience:

  • Basic knowledge of project management tools and digital marketing principles
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfortable working with Google and Microsoft products for reporting and presentations
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in a marketing-related role
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools (highly desirable)
