Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in editing and preparing weekly social media content across brand accounts.
• Support daily monitoring of online communities (DMs, comments, TikTok/Facebook interactions) and escalate issues when needed.
• Help with campaign execution by handling sourcing lists, outreach drafts, and shipment preparation.
• Organize seeding shipment lists and coordinate with logistics.
• Maintain internal trackers (campaigns, promotions calendar, asset library).
• Create and update product listings (description templates, images, tags, collections).
• Provide support for paid advertising by formatting creatives and coordinating with the marketing team.
• Assist with Shopify order management and basic customer service inquiries.
• Handle administrative tasks such as updating trackers, preparing reports, and helping with presentations or decks.
  
  

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong skills in content editing (photo/video) and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Canva, Asana, and other editing platforms; Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Shopify experience is mandatory, including familiarity with app integrations.
