  • Processes requests for quotations and other business transactions and prioritize necessities.
  • Provides administrative support on marketing related tasks to optimize marketing activities including system maintenance on Open Bravo.
  • Assist in acquisition, analysis and utilization of customer lists.
  • Support customer communication and logistics for events, trade shows, mailing and related activities via telephone and email.
  • Supports Sales Department by assembling quotations, proposals and product capability booklets, compiling account and competitor analysis.
  • Provide operational feedback during meetings and other corporate dealings.
  • Answers correspondence, phone, and email concerning procedures and inquiries concerning processing of marketing or SOP.
  • Maintains records and provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
  • Marketing, Business graduate or any course related,
  • At least one year of relevant experience on Marketing and related field; and
  • Able to communicate effectively.
