Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant (Reliever) will support the team on the following:

1. 3-day sale campaign - assist in facilitating all the necessary requirements for DTI and ASC permits; coordinate closely with marketing and agency partners
2. Admin works - preparation of purchase requisition for all advertising related deliverables, projected budget for all incoming projects, actualized budget for all completed projects; monitor status of Advertising payables and ensure all suppliers are paid on time
3. Wayfinder projects - assist in encoding directional signage map and content; assist in checking of content and digital mock-ups
4. Liaison Duties - help arrange meetings, reservation of rooms; perform administrative tasks (transmittal documents, filing, photocopying); coordinate travel requirements (transportation / accommodation)
5. Others - extend support for advertising project as needed

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• SGraduate of any 4-year degree course in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Mass Communication, Advertisin
