Marketing and Research Officer

Qualifications: (what you’ll need)

• Familiarity with SEO principles to enhance property listings and online presence.
• Excellent in written and verbal English communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate field.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities: (what you’ll do)

• Create high-quality, relevant, and data-driven content for digital marketing strategies.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses of market trends and statistics.
• Remain fully informed & updated on market trends, research, and implement best practices.
• Promote properties through various media channels and advertising.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, and real estate partners.
• Keep an accurate and updated record of listings and contacts.
• Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in project-related events.
