As a marketing generalist at PwC, you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firm's products or services. You will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and analyse campaign performance. You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

About the Role
- The Marketing and Communications (M&C) function at PwC Southeast Asia Consulting supports the go-to-market strategies around client issues in key targeted segments to drive revenue growth. We work closely with all lines of service and industries to act as the voice of the client through the use of insights and analytics. We support our consultants in deepening relationships and building trust with new clients in the marketplace.
- We are seeking a technology-savvy marketing and communications senior associate to support the M&C Senior Manager in driving and executing the marketing strategy for Singapore Consulting, the Singapore arm of our PwC Southeast Asia Consulting practice.
- You will develop and drive an integrated marketing strategy through business targeting and optimization of experiences delivered across various channels, ensuring measurable business growth and ROI. You will have a clear and articulate vision of how marketing can proactively enable a seamless end-to-end customer journey from discovery through purchase and advocacy. The role sits within the Consulting Admin team and reports to the M&C Senior Manager.
- Work closely with the business units to plan, develop, execute and deliver measurable, data-driven, digital-first marketing campaigns to support the business strategy and optimize lead generation at every touchpoint
- Responsible to execute and manage a seamless omni-channel experience through integration of all marketing channels including owned, earned and paid
- Drive regular management and reporting against performance of all marketing campaigns to identify opportunities, improvement areas and measure ROI
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and translate data on various digital platforms and client feedback into actionable insights to optimise spend and performance
- Build strong partnerships and communication with key internal stakeholders, not only across Consulting, but with other PwC line of functions
- Assist in creating quality and client-centric content to support marketing campaigns
- Support in marketing-related internal communications and management reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications and journalism
- Minimum 3-4 years in content marketing, brand and communications experience, especially in a digital-first environment
- Prior experience in Consulting or in Professional Services is a big plus, and strongly preferred
- Experience with targeted account-based marketing and / or client relationship management, executing paid social media campaigns is a plus
- Must be able to lead strategic conversations with diverse teams of people, including with Partners and Directors
- Outcome-driven with exceptional project management and communications skills are essential
- Passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing, and able to stay up-to-date with landscape changes and latest trends
- Critical thinker, highly creative with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A great collaborator with a positive outlook and attitude
- Must be able to knit together disparate sources of information into a strong strategic narrative
- Good to have technical understanding of various digital channels, tactics, best practices and analytics e.g. SEO, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau
- Interested candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid setup, office is in Makati City.
