Qualifications
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or any related field
- 5 years of experience in Market Research
- Experience from a research company is a plus
- Proven Market Research Analysis with experience on Statistical Data Analysis and interview techniques
- Adequate knowledge of Data Collection Methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent in organizational skills, accuracy and attention to details
- Strong Analytical and critical thinking with creative and problem-solving skills
- Has the ability to interpret large amounts of data, to multi-task and meet deadline
- Has the ability to motivate and empower the Research Team
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Must be flexible to work extended and weekend hours
- Government Mandated: SSS/HDMF/PHIC
- 15VL and 15 SL per annum. 6SL after six (6) months of continuous employment
- Life insurance upon hiring
- HMO upon regularization
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
