The Market Analyst provides essential support to the Tenant Advisory Group and Brokers by delivering strategic insights and in-depth analysis of real estate market trends. This role is key to enabling informed decision-making and enhancing client advisory services.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Conduct market research and analyze property trends
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use
  • Gather and organize data related to real estate pricing, demand, and supply
  • Support senior analysts in feasibility studies and investment analysis
  • Stay updated on industry developments and relevant local regulations

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team
