Description

Job Summary:

PI is seeking detail- and process-oriented marketing communications coordinators to support a broad range of Marketing Communications activities ranging from events, creative, and content development to lead generation, digital asset management, and budgeting. This role has room for growth in many directions. You’ll be reporting to the MarCom Manager for SEA/India (India, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Australia).

Responsibilities

Budget/Finance Support

  • Process vendor contracts, purchase requests, invoices, monthly accruals

Digital Asset Management tool (Aprimo) Support

  • Clean up asset types/sub-types and status (completed / published)
  • Add meta tags
  • Contribute to monthly tips / what’s new newsletter

Compile reports for monthly metrics, product launches, events

Own ordering / inventory / shipping of promotional giveaways, shirts, VIP gifts, banners

Working with graphic design firm to edit / create digital assets such as product flyers, posters, etc.

Event/trade show support for ~15 events

Support reserving, tracking, updating, shipping and inventorying PI’s Seminar-in-a-Box events

Support on-site FAE or Sales Training events as needed.

Help gather content and process reviews and approvals for video content

Support gathering / creating / editing / translating written, video, social content for ad / promo

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, English
  • Travel requirement - 10% - 20% as required for major events.
  • 2 years of marketing communications, event management, corporate communications or public relations experience. Preferably in the B2B tech industry
  • Excellent organizational, budget management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent English grammar. Knowledge of AP Style.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS Teams); Adobe Creative Suite, Docusign.
  • Self-motivated, organized and responsive. Manage workload and priorities effectively. Work well under deadlines. Knows how to prioritize, keep projects running smoothly and manage expectations. Communicate project status/updates proactively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including strong proofreading capabilities and interest in achieving the highest quality deliverables and outcomes possible.
  • Strong written communication skills. Excellent grammar. Quick study of brand/trademark guidelines. Ability to write and edit with excellence and audience sensitivity across a wide range of formats.
