- Monitor and improve quality control processes for all products.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with supply chain for materials.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, promoting safety practices.
- Analyze production data to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
- Experience Level: 35 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or operations management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong operational management and inventory control skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to enforce safety standards and quality assurance
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills
