Manual QA (FE & Salesforce)

This role will primarily focus on front-end testing (70%) with additional responsibility for Salesforce testing (30%). What You'll Do

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results, with primary focus on web application and front-end testing, complemented by Salesforce platform testing.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and design appropriate test strategies across front-end and Salesforce environments.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using various testing tools.
• Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues have not affected existing functionalities.
• Work in tandem with stakeholders to understand and gather testing requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester with emphasis on front-end (UI/UX) testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (30% of role).
• Web App Testing and System integration testing (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Developer browser experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and identify solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail while testing.
• Ability to thrive and create impact in a fact paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate issues and solutions with team members.
• Proactively build test cases and understand business use cases.
• Advanced English communication skills (both verbal and written)

It Is An Asset If You Have

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• SOQL experience on Salesforce.
• Knowledge of navigating within Salesforce Classic.
• Experience or exposure to other testing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Confluence experience for documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
