Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager, you will set the path to success by creating procedures for recruiting that will result in hiring quality talent. You are also expected to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a flexible recruiting team;
  • Coach and mentor recruiters to successfully achieve objectives and enhance recruiting skills;
  • Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants;
  • Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans;
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees;
  • Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers’ needs, establishing strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business;
  • Develop and administer policies, procedures, controls, and best practices;
  • Assist in determining and administering recruiting budget;
  • Manage the administration of wage programs including performance management, career progression, and merit reviews; and
  • Lead global recruiting projects as needed.

Required Skills/Education

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management/Psychology/Behavioral science or any related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruiting with leadership experience.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
