Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support enterprise-level strategic initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business performance, identify strategic opportunities, and implement solutions.
  • Drive analysis of organizational challenges, synthesize insights, and recommend high-impact actions.
  • Develop dashboards and tracking tools for strategic project monitoring and governance.
  • Facilitate strategy workshops, executive-level discussions, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Support the VP of Corporate Strategy in aligning corporate goals with operational capabilities.
  • Ensure sustainability principles and emerging trends are embedded in key initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, documentation, and presentation of strategic findings.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and change enabler, ensuring alignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and management across departments, acting as a key liaison for change management and initiative implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, transformation, consulting, or financial planning roles
  • Must have experience in digital transformation and system migration.
  • Proven track record in leading strategy formulation, performance monitoring, and change management
  • Strong background in sustainability, governance frameworks, and enterprise risk management is an advantage
  • Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to senior stakeholders
