Responsibilities

- Program Management
- Project assessments and executions
- Development and documentation of processes
- Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan, providing
- Estimates costs, timelines s and resource requirements for the successful completion of each
- Proactive in addressing business/departmental needs in order to secure project deliverables
- Maintains weekly project plans, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met
- Manages the change and control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project
- Provides effective and efficient guidance to the project team ensuring that team members are
- Drives continuous improvement
- Ad hoc tasks, as required

- Highly Driven and results oriented
- Strict attention to detail
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is an advantage
- Strong background in Project Planning and Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project Management experience in a BPO set up is an advantage
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma will be an advantage
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, start-up environment with minimal supervision
- Strong logical, technical and analytical skills with high ability to analyze problems
- 5+ years’ experience in the field is required
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree
- Willing to work at Taytay location (SM Taytay IT Park, East Manila Road)
- Willing to work Full Time in a 24/7 operation (possible evening, weekend and holiday work
