General Responsibilities

  • Work closely with various departments (Operations, Finance, Treasury, Product, Tech) to identify, scope, plan, and execute projects and integrations to help improve the company’s processes within clear timelines and with clear ROIs.
  • Develop new processes and initiatives to support emerging use cases, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address gaps and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements such as AML, CTR, and STR for each product and service handled.
  • Provide expertise for technical, operational, and processing functions related to products and services being handled.
  • Collaborate and influence multiple stakeholders including senior management.
  • Recommend cutting-edge applications that will help the company scale. Lead in the set-up and implementation of these in-house or third party software.
  • Undertake further duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in process improvement or strategy or similar department.
  • Green Belt in Six Sigma (preferred, but not required).
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly assess complex situations, make data-driven decisions, and implement process improvements with speed and precision in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong track record of end-to-end project management – from strategy to implementation to evaluation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
