MANAGER - MODERN TRADE SALES

I. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Manages the entire Modern Trade Sales Organization
• Coaches and guides direct reports to ensure high impact performance and delivery of results and make recommendations on employee movements, promotions and transfer.
• Executes the Joint Business Planning with Major Modern Trade Accounts.
• Monitors modern trade sales performance and merchandisers' individual sales performance.
• Creates and maintains good partnership with customers in the modern trade accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities to ensure continuous business relationship.
• Updates sales performance to management & reports market information concerning strategies and of the competitors with the account.
• Assists in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on sales forecasts for each product /category and stores.
• Implements and recommends improvements on sales standards, guidelines, policies and procedures to enhance service level.
• Initiates the development of Key Modern Trade Accounts through vision and mission alignment and long term strategic planning.
• Regularly conducts business reviews with major modern trade accounts with complete information and action plans
  

II. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a College degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related programs.
• Must have at least ten (10) years of relevant work experience in key accounts management is required for this position.
• Must have at least one (2) years of relevant work experience in leading and supervising teams.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to be assigned in North Reclamation Area, Cebu City.
